I don’t always have time for breakfast in the mornings. Trying to eat something other than a bowl of cereal is nearly impossible. So the other day when I was at the grocery store I decided it was time to fix that. I filled up my cart with fruits and veggies, ones that would freeze well and taste great in smoothies. My first creation was this little green monster. Don’t let the color scare you, it tastes amazing! It’s loaded with tropical fruit and a handful of spinach. Nothing too weird, right? Good, because I think you’re really going to like it!
